Rick, Another
superb race!!! This may sound obvious and is often times assumed, but it should not be assumed
because not all race directors learn and get better, but you fit into that category. Your races get
better each year. Thanks for putting on a great event. See you next year! - - Jim and Meghan F.

| This was my
first triathlon ever and I had a great time. I told Jason how well organized I thought everything
was and how nice it was to have so many volunteers guiding you along. I was also very impressed
with the sportmanship demonstrated by all the other athletes. Everyone encouraged each other...it
was all around a perfect day! - - Wendy K.

Hello Rick, I just wanted to start by
telling you what a nice race it was yesterday. After reviewing the web site, my husband found that
the last photo on your site was of our 5 year old son Cal holding a trophy. There was a little act
of kindness behind the photo... Joanne Collins (3rd place female) gave him her trophy after over
hearing that he would really love a trophy, and subsequently hearing from mom that it was unlikely
I would get one. Getting the trophy really made his day ! He loved it and showed it off to his
friends and cousins. I suspect Joanne would get a kick out of seeing the photo too. I have no idea
who she is other than her name from the results, but hoped you might along this note via
email. Again, thanks for putting on a really enjoyable race. - - Margaret R.

| This was my 15th NCN race and once again the
professionalism and organization of the race was superb! NCN has me spoiled..I do race other
venues, but always find myself comparing to NCN races..and in the last 3 years of racing I have not
found a better run outfit than NCN (and NO im not being paid to say this : ) Thank you NCN..see
ya in a few weeks! - - Kyle A.

Hi Rick, Just wanted to pass on my note
of thanks to you and all your staff and volunteers for a job well done! This was my first tri and
what a great experience...I'm hooked. The race was so much fun, the crowd was so supportive and the
competitors were all very friendly. I will run one more marathon in October and then spend more
time competing in tri's... I hope to see you in Lorain. - - Regards, Paul E.

Runner feedback is always welcome, and compliments keep our volunteers happy. Even
critical comments help us strive to do better in the future. We know we make mistakes, and we regret them, but things DO happen.
We appreciate the fact that most of our runners realize the logistics of putting on a race, (and
that our workers are volunteers) and cut us some slack on things
that go wrong on race day. - - Rick at NCN Racing
